Return, Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Flambeur, we ensure transparency and trust in every purchase of our gold and diamond jewellery.

Return / Exchange Window:
Customers can request exchange or buyback within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy:

  • Gold Jewellery: Accepted at 100% of the prevailing benchmark gold rate

  • Diamond Jewellery:

    • Gold value at 100% of benchmark gold rate

    • Diamond value at 90% of the invoice diamond carat rate

Buyback Policy:

  • Gold Jewellery: Valued at 96% of the prevailing benchmark gold rate

  • Diamond Jewellery: Valued at 90% of the invoice diamond carat rate

Important Conditions:

  • Original invoice is mandatory

  • Valid ID proof is required

  • Jewellery must be in original condition

  • Making charges and taxes are non-refundable and will be fully deducted

Payment for Buyback:

  • Processed within 3–4 working days

  • Paid via bank transfer or cheque only

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
